Saturday April 14: Winless DC United falls at home

Four Kansas City Wizards scored in a 4-2 victory over DC United on Saturday. The Wizards opened the scoring in the third minute of the game when Michael Harrington scored to make it 1-0. Sasha Victorine scored in the 8th minute to make it 2-0, KC. DC United would answer, however. Luciano Emilio scored for DC in the 11th minute to make it 2-1. In the 34th minute, Christian Gomez of DC United scored to tie the game at 2-2. Eddie Johnson of the Wizards scored in the 45th minute to make it 3-2, Wizards at halftime. Scott Sealy capped off the day's scoring in the 54th minute when he scored to give Kansas City a 4-2 lead, which they would hold onto to win the game and go 1-0-0 on the season. Kevin hartman was the winning goalie for the Wizards.
